Proposition K is on the ballot this November. If the proposition passes, San Francisco will fully close The Great Highway south of Golden Gate Park and turn it into a park, 24x7.
So hear me out.
We currently call the narrow strip of a park east of Golden Gate Park "The Panhandle."
How about we call the narrow Great Highway, which hangs down from the west side of Golden Gate Park, The Pandangle? Yes? No? Are you okay, Bob?
