I think female mealybugs look kind of like fuzzy trilobites

Closeup photo of a female mealybug on a tree. The mealybug is roughly oval shaped and has many segments each with small pointy appendages sticking out along the edge. There are no eyes or mouth visible, it's hard to even say which end is which. It's covered in what looks like white powder. The males are small and winged and look very different from the females.
