Here I am, successfully not watching for “news” online about you-know-what. Making a little spaghetti sauce today. Oh my, the aroma! I add a lot of veggies to our sauce. #Food #Tomato #Veggies #SpaghettiSauce
Very large Cuisinart pot on white electric stove, about 5 quarts cut up: carrots, onion, red peppers, celery, and 2 kinds tomatoes. All veggies but tomatoes were precooked in an Instant Pot.
