Trans people should be visible.

If you think trans people (or anyone else within pride) is political, it's because you've bought in to a 100-ish-year-old lie that the hetero normative nuclear (and white) family is the only way to live. Because when your community is that small, it's fragile and controllable. Anyone outside that framework is a threat to power. We should all be a threat

I perfectly understand those who don't feel safe to be visible in the current environment. I'll keep a space for you.

yeah, I would add that the idea of the heteronormative nuclear family was introduced at the same time wage labor and capitalism spread across Europe, which is actually over 1000 years ago. The church and the state spread the law of the division of sexes so that they could throw women under the bus. Once poor men betrayed poor women, the rich men betrayed the poor man. The capitalist wasn’t able to beat the poor man until the women were excluded. Women lead rebellions.
