Picture of a white stone sculpture of a lion, probably just made of old sculpted concrete in the early 20th Century. It is lying in a relaxed position with its back legs slightly stretched out to the side, and its tail draped over the feet. The front paws are also relaxed. Its face is neutral, and realistic enough. But- there is also something slightly human-looking about the eyes and nose. It’s on a white platform in front of some evergreen bushes and by a bit of a sidewalk. There is bright sunlight shining on it from the side, so it’s lit up well but also half of its face is in shadow, which helps display its sculptural shapes.
