'Coltan, short for columbite-tantalite, is a metallic ore used to extract niobium and tantalum, which are crucial for electronics like mobile phones and computers. It is primarily mined in the Democratic Republic of the #Congo and other countries, with significant ethical and environmental concerns surrounding its extraction.’
