59% of banned books in the 2021-22 school year were children’s books featuring diverse characters or nonfiction books about historical figures, according to a new study. i remember seeing the Maus graphic novel in comic book stores, it's about the Holocaust.

Huck Finn, To Kill a Mockingbird, Where the Wild Things Are, and Fahrenheit 451 are all American classics. I haven’t read most of the others, so I can’t comment on them .. This is ridiculous.
