Heat exhaustion isn't "just feeling hot."

Watch for:
• Dizziness
• Nausea
• Heavy sweating
• Weakness
• Headache
• Intense thirst

Move to a cool place, hydrate and cool your body immediately. Heat exhaustion can quickly become heat stroke.

Heat stroke is a medical emergency. Warning signs include:

• Confusion
• Fainting or seizures
• Body temperature soaring (often 106°F+)
• Sweating may stop

Call 911 right away.

One more thing: Don't judge the risk by temperature alone. Humidity can make it feel much hotter, and direct sun can add up to 15 degrees to the heat index.
