I am a bit afraid of doing this but it sounds good.
Do you generally recommend this conversion?
I'd like to know your opinion first.

Gebruik jij ook #Thunderbird voor je e-mail? Zowel Jos Geluk (even untagged) als ik hebben onze mailboxen omgezet van het standaard mbox-formaat naar Maildir.

- the link you mentioned had a few errors: Thunderbird doesn't need to read a full email folder to get one message; the disk space needed depends on your mailbox distribution; and you still can compact maildir. Hope this information helps!
