Since I’ve had a degoogled phone, I’ve been happy to share my experiences with those who are also looking for a solution. I’ve summarized my experience in this post.

You’ll find out what options I considered and tried, as well as what inconveniences are worth keeping in mind. I also provide an example of how to collect what’s important for you when choosing a device for degoogling.

A great read and thanks for testing out the alternatives to Google/Apple(/Windows?) on mobile devices, I used to run all manner of "ROMs" like 10+ years ago, sadly the same deal breakers persist: camera, radio and incomplete alternative package bases.
Also being rather limited in supported devices isn't ideal.
What has happened for desktop computers regarding open source alternatives has not happened effectively for mobile devices unfortunately and this is a great shame.
