Do you know if they rejected it because they think extending CC1 is bad for privacy or if they rejected it because CC1 doesn't do enough surveillance?

@samuel the Greens and the left are against because the privacy part, the ESN because they couldn't achieve protection for the encryption, I am not so sure about Renew and the EPP wants the extension to be more like the one before
