Israel has a high proportion of AI companies, so it's likely that one of these will be used for processing age verification data.
If he says the face scan will not leave your device and the ID will be immediately deleted, then I have every reason to believe that the Israeli government (who is currently committing genocide) will have full access to this data and will use it for even more war crimes.

I hate Israel's genocidal government as much as the next guy, but this is just racism.
