As Open Technology Fund money for Eclips.is by Greenhost has dried up, it looks like I’m going to have the fun task of migrating sites away and/or closing some of our sites to avoid an additional ~€200/month hosting bill come January.

Some are sites that I was keeping for archival purposes, like better.fyi and ind.ie. Others are activism sites like cleanuptheweb.org…

I hate having to figure these things out when the cash runs out. Unsolicited advise, but if they're archived could you flat site them and make github pages or some other free-hosted thing that the domain gets pointed at?

hell yea, already looking forward to live out my pension lazily draped on that fine carton box out in the street. All day watching a steady stream of opulent limousines flying by on gusts of rose-scented hot air. Fine people staring down at me from crystal windows. They wave, and I wave back enthusiastically. 😅
