CBN wrote a lot, but one topical recommendation could be "Inutitive Music: A Mini-Handbook". It has many group activities, and is available freely in a repository:

Another initiative of our current interviewee is a journal "Improvised Music - Open Scores". 14 issues appeared since 2019.
