The union explained it gave management “mos. of notice of our strike deadline,” but ult, “the co. has decided that our members aren’t worth enough to agree to a fair contract & stop committing unfair labor practices.”

The guild is comprised of over 600 tech workers such as software engineers & data analysts who “build & maintain the critical #NYT infrastructure”
