Skokie was decided on a bureaucratic technicality; as in, public places are accessible to everybody even to genocidal racists.
SKOKIE IS INTERPRETED WRONGLY from a human rights ―including the Geneva Conventions― point of view: it never meant for USAgov to protect those demanding & committing human rights atrocities and war crimes.
