The #Georgia Election Board passed a new rule stating that an election can only be certified if the board is certain that it was conducted fairly and accurately. Sounds like it's asking innocence to be proved instead of guilt, which is sort of the wrong way round? You can't prove an absence of something.

Also worrying is the US has no constitutional provisions to give people the right to vote. There are constitutional provisions for non-discrimination in allocating voting rights, but no protection of voting rights themselves. If a state denies the vote to all its citizens and does so in a non-discriminatory way, that would seem to be within the constitution and it has happened lots of times in the early days of the US.
