I like BitWarden for convenience and KeePass for security.

KeepassXC synced via cloud is the gold standard for me

I personally use Proton one, but I will host my Bitwarden one when I finish assembling my server!

Vaultwarden is a great addition to the Bitwarden option, providing a self hosted server option for Bitwarden

You talked about Yubico for security, the firmware used by the latter is not open source I recommend Onlykey (open source)

I really like ProtonPass for its beautiful UI and built-in alias generator, but Bitwarden is pretty good too.
