I’ve been seeing a lot of us posting about The Handmaids Tale
But did yall read the book??
Black people are mentioned only briefly, and are described as being rounded up and sent to a colony in the Midwest to die.
Gilead was an all white country.
We aren’t even human enough to be Handmaids.
