Leonora Buenviaje, 53, makes dresses from recycled materials as a part of her gown rental business. She uses bubble wrap, plastic bags and rice sacks in her creations, which people wear during school activities, fashion shows and town fiestas. She wants children to know that some materials found at home can be repurposed into something beautiful.
