Far far worse, him and Dido oversaw possibly the greatest heist in history. Billions stolen for sub standard or absent PPE and billions more on an app that should have cost a few 100k. Both of which in their shoddiness most certainly cost lives and in the case of the dodgy PPE from Tory cronies most likely the lives of medical staff.
