good on ya! I wish more customers (in any market/industry) would vote more often with their feet. I had bad service from citibank a few years ago. They didn't honor their credit protections, along with too aggressive transaction blocking due to flagging our annual flight ticket purchases as fraud EVERY SINGLE YEAR, and we fired them after 20years. Good riddance!

@saahbs yes it is really the best way to get the message across, and retain your own sanity. Arguing, pleading, etc rarely works.
