for the #WorldCup, there is going to be a traffic gridlock disaster, so the city is closing these marked streets for World Cup shuttles for match days, 6 hours before and 3 hours after a match

do not drive these places if you can help it

West 40th between 8th and 11th and West 41st between 8th and 10th, the area around Penn Station and the Lincoln Tunnel, will be closed for World Cup Bus use.
