Exercise, grip strenght

This is going to be #3GoodThings in three separate posts:

1. For the first time probably ever, despite my Covid woes, I am able to pull with a standard overhand grip consistently while deadlifting.

This is thanks to Nordic walking, I am sure of it. Also much easier to open jars these days. It's funny because I have competed in powerlifting and used to lift so much higher, but could not handle a jar of basic salsa without help.:D

@Evilpupu Lol right? I always felt so deflated asking my partner to come and open the same salsa brand jar for me being the supposedly strong ass powerlifter and karate-girl in the family.XD A year or so ago tried to open it myself again, (because being stubborn I always do) and it was like nothing. Went pop and was open. :D

Actually even found a study on this, it's the deeper smaller back muscles and forearm muscles that really benefit from Nordic walking.
