AI doesn't think I have a face. Almost all of them fail.
My theory is that this is actually all just training for the overwatch AI. Be much harder to train AI on the chaos of watching people mill about than on the flow channeled and logged activities of account recovery and "validated ID".
Make it better. Make it recognize my face and then it can track anyone's.

I also wonder if they ever fixed that problem where AI had a hard time distinguishing people who weren't white from each other.

I really don't like the company, but I'll wait for technical details before I judge (this time).
