For those of you looking for an #Omnivore alternative, I recommend Raindrop.io. Or, if you don't mind self hosting, Hoarder and Linkwarden are both very good.

I tested a whole bunch of #Omnivore alternatives yesterday and Raindrop.io was indeed my favorite of the bunch, though the #Logseq plugin seems a little iffy.

Right now I'm thinking I'll just pick something to tide me over until someone hopefully picks up that Omnivore code and runs with it.

@TimmyMac I heard the omnivore code is a bit of a bear. I know when I looked into self hosting it, it was overly complicated.

The one good think about the end of Pinboard is the HTML export works. I’m going to Raindrop.io myself.

My ISP (Dreamhost) used to have one-click installs where they did the maintenance updates but they ended that. Otherwise I'd try Hoarder.

These days I'm (desperately) trying to reduce the complexity in my life, so I will resist the temptation to try to do it myself.

@jgordon They don't have Hoarder, but Pikapods is great for easy hosting.
