TL;DR
Anyone who is using GoFundMe for disaster recovery, anything you specifically say you are fundraising for in your campaign will then disqualify you from receiving FEMA money for that same need.
For example, if you say you will use the GFM $ to replace your car, FEMA will *not* grant you money for car replacement.
