Dr Arday’s tragic death was the direct, foreseeable and foreseen result of press harassment.

There cannot be any doubt that #racism lay at the heart of this story.

Self-regulation of the #press has comprehensively failed, and these are the consequences. We cannot stand still and wait for it to happen again.
