Rather than move to YouTube, I hope the Fediverse can make it easy and welcoming for film people to move to PeerTube.

I hadn't noticed yet, but apparently Italian company Bending Spoons (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bending_Spoons), which among others acquired WeTransfer & laid off 75% of its staff, acquired Vimeo in September: https://investors.vimeo.@BjornW@mastodon.social (Mastodon)
