I'm a nerd, so I'm in the minority.
This is cool looking, but I like having my WiFi box separate from my router. I run #opnSense on a mini PC and have a TP-Link WiFi 7 AP taking care of all the WiFi connections.
The benefit for me? My router has been running for 4 years and it's fine. My WiFi AP has been upgraded twice. The setup of the router is more involved than the AP, so this saves me time when WiFi standards change.
