There's no issue on our side. Could you try with a different connection, like mobile data?

If that does not help, could you please try to disable malware protection or whitelist Tuta? There have been malicious reports about our domain and we are working on getting removed from blacklists that are used by these programs...

@Tutanota Thank you for answering!
I switched from WiFi to mobile data and it immediately worked on my phone!

The problem is I want to use Tuta with WiFi, and also on my desktop computer, for which I do not have an alternative connection option. My desktop is connected to my work network. The "faulty" wifi is also the work one. It looks like they are somehow blocking tuta. What should I tell them so they can unblock it?

my mobile connection worked, wifi worked at least yesterday too (thanks for the tip)

If they are blocking Tuta, they need to put it on a whitelist.

@Tutanota thanks! I was mostly asking if there are any specific IP address or domain name or such that they should unblock. But I'll try to ask about "Tuta" and see how that goes.
