Do you happen to be looking for a junior EM based in Germany to lead a platform engineering team? Asking for a friend...

I have leadership experience as a Tech lead on multiple projects and got the opportunity to replace my manager for 3 months while he was moved to a dedicated task force. This included taking care of the roadmap, creating the process and hiring a junior platform engineer, managing a team of 5, etc.

I'm looking for an org that values collaboration, communication, and transparency. I bring structure in chaos, but I would also appreciate working in a healthy org for a change 😆 My background is in DevOps/SRE, from big to small orgs, for profit and non profit.

No AI would be amazing, but I'm getting a feeling that it's getting harder and harder in this market 😔
