!Friendica Support hello. pls can anyone tell me if there is a way to delete in bulk all my friendica accounts contacts?
so far, neither within Settings, nor the actual Contacts section of the main UI, can i find any way to do this [repeat, i am asking about a way to do it in bulk, not merely delete one account at a time, manually].

Perhaps you may ask to your admin, or simply by deleting directly your account.

in reply to 🧊 freezr 🥶 • • •@🧊 freezr 🥶 thx, but deleting the whole account is exactly what i hope to avoid. ideally i would prefer to remove only all current contacts [because many are broken & not working correctly (something went wrong during the original friendica profile import process)], then just import a good contacts csv file from my other instance.

in reply to Droppie [opensoc] 🐨♀🌈🐧🦘 • • •"not working correctly" could be a result of creating a new account with the same username, which has already existet earlier on the same instance.
The new account has another ID but the same accountname ( @ msdropbear42 @ friendica.opensocial.space/profile/ ) and some external instances might not recognize you correctly.
As far as i know, this problem only affects Friendica-instances, that get in touch.
It should not occur, when an old account is exported and reimported, because the ID is retained.
