#PWHL is expanding to Detroit! And they’re playing out of Little Caesars Arena!
This team just makes sense because Detroit already brands itself as “Hockeytown” and the people there are passionate about #hockey.
So now PWHL has nine teams. And I suspect the expansion ain’t going to stop.

Whatever the case, I hope PWHL doesn’t do anything foolhardy and try expansion in Phoenix or Atlanta. Stick to places with a strong hockey culture.
