Wow, man, imagine being the kind of person that suspends anyone he sees from Gaza during a genocide.

The inhumanity of some Germans is really quite remarkable. Didn’t you get enough of genocide the first time around?

Add social.tchncs.de to the list of Zionist, pro-genocide Mastodon servers.

I think it’s time to have a list of Zionist, pro-genocide Mastodon servers on Gaza Verified, just like we have a list of servers friendly to Palestinians suffering through genocide, ethnic cleansing, apartheid, and settler colonialism so our friends in Gaza – and anyone with even a sliver of a conscience – can know which parts of the fediverse to avoid.

I’ll add that to my endless todo list, then, shall I?

I hope so. There are many Zionists who deliberately harass us on this amazing platform. I love it so much. I love this platform. The advantage of this platform is that we feel like one family on this platform. Thank you, Aral.

sounds good - and it’s also good for those on those instances to know that they can’t actively reach out to many people in the program if they stay there.

mastodon.uno to be honest is a bit more nuanced. I’ve spoken to the admin and he’s generally supportive of gaza-verified. But they decided to suspend accounts who only ask for donations through mentions. Which is understandable, but IMHO rather than suspending they may just limit them, so anyone who is already following them on their server won’t lose the connection.

it is next to impossible to know the difference between authentic Gaza people on Masto and the scammers who could be from anywhere.

@jd Yep, if only there was some way to know…

That's why I joined and support the idea of Mastodon. Freedom of speech is currently under strict control. I was constantly warned on Twitter, and I know that bots were filing complaints about my thoughts. We are here to say what corporations and politicians don't like. #freedom #mastodon

social.tchncs.de also suspended Joy and Aseel (and I definitely doubt it’s because of their spam)

* “A genocide-friendly server from Germany”

There, fixed it for you.

in reply to Aral Balkan

Not to discredit anything you say, but many of the donation accounts are posting a lot, tagging a lot, and this can be seen as some users who don’t care as spam.

We know around 1/5 of people tend to be like this. They will never care, and we can’t make them care whatever we do. But that’s still enough to create an amount spam reports that a server admin will take seriously.

@gimulnautti This is a handy message. I've been mass-tagged so often recently that I've had to intermittently mute the word 'gaza'.
in reply to Aral Balkan

@gimulnautti For Non-Gazans who want to help, I suggest following @gaza_verified_campaigns

They post a list of the accounts who have received the least donations in ascending order. I find it helpful in deciding who to donate to.

Aral Balkan reshared this.

I wrote to some of the gaza accounts that they fail to use appropriate CW fields, and that that makes it very difficult for me to boost their posts.

I also don't understand why the journalist ones are not writing journalism articles on Mastodon: That would with appropriate content warnings help a lot their coverage.

They’re on at least their third genocide now.

Shit, I hoped that i wouldn't need to consider account migration
