Thank you, Rep. Goldman, for shining a light and keeping the pressure on. We must not give up on the people being held inside.

What I saw and heard was horrific: worm-infested food, no access to medical care, no way to connect with their families. Many of the detainees were lawful visa holders, including one 18-year-old who is missing her graduation and prom because she is being held in a cell. This is not America.
