The timing of JSO protestors being sent to prison for upto 5 yrs within just weeks of fascists violently rioting on the streets is going to be a long term problem for #Starmer and the criminal justice system in this country.

Sentencing the fascists to less than what the JSO protestors got is seen by the vast majority of the country as overly lenient. People don’t care about contempt of court - they cannot see why peaceful demonstrators are punished more than violent rioters.
