It probably will they don’t have to do too much or probably the better way of saying it is. They are doing exactly what they have to do which is survive.
What might happen is regime change in the oil kingdoms. The small ones first Bahreïn Quatar and Koweït.This last one is coveted by Irak to have a nicer access to the sea. All three have despotic aristocracies, strifes and discontent within the populace.Then UAE and Saudi, which should be more resilient. I think some changes will happen from this. Hopefully in the US too.
