🤯 Anyone else here unfortunate enough to suffer from migraine attacks? What are your coping tips and tricks?
Today's chaotic weather in Manchester has knocked me out for the day, a particularly violent one! My biggest migraine trigger is this kind of weather/pressue system.

I also hope you can rest and recover. Migraines seem to be the worst.

I think it's to do with the air pressure changes. Specifically strong lows I believe.
For me thunder and rain storms, if they come on suddenly I am almost guaranteed to get a migraine. I have met a few people who suffer in this way. Ironically I got pretty much laughed at when I spoke to a Dr a few years ago, he categorically stated it's not possible 😶
