Hungarian PM Péter Magyar said that the international community "didn't really do its job" and failed to "guarantee Ukraine’s territorial integrity and independence" under the 1994 Budapest Memorandum.

"Now we need a peace agreement with real guarantees, security guarantees. I think it's crucial for Ukraine as well," he added.
