15 #ICE protesters in #Minnesota who defended their communities from the lawless thugs in ICE were improperly charged with criminal activity.
14 of them appeared yesterday in court to plead not guilty. A giant crowd of #Minneapolis protesters showed up outside to cheer for them. (One more remains in custody for some additional charge.)

in reply to Scary Austin • • •These folks are legal observers using their First Amendment right, just like we do on ICE Watch where I am. Standing on public property and filming ICE is legal. Teaching immigrants their Constitutional rights is legal. The charges have no merit; it's just an intimidation attempt, because the cowards in charge think we will be scared like they are.
We aren't. We laugh at them and back each other up. Fascists will never understand community like that; they only perform relationships.
