My parents always said:

"I don't care companies and the government is tracking me on my phone, I got nothing to hide"

That's not the message you want to give to your kids

They should meet my Polish grandfather, he always taught me, based on what he lived through: Everyone has something to hide, because the wrong people can turn *anything* into a problem.

Those people are almost worse than the ones actually doing the tracking. They really wreck everything for everyone.

Putting aside that they really do have things to hide even if they don't know it themselves, it still shows an attitude of just absolutely not caring about anyone else and how they are helping to ensure no one else has basic rights.

Sure. Nothing to hide. IF you have complete trust in your government and tech corporations... :welp:
