@elduvelle Disgusting. It is not 'just' a statue. It was a false flag meant to terrorize the Christian minority.

@nf3xn the original post said that it was a terrorist act.. nobody was hurt, only a statue, so calling it terrorism seems a bit too much.
I also find it annoying that the Israel government immediately apologised for this, when they're otherwise happily bombing or torturing civilians without any apology. Human life should have more value than a statue, regardless of whether it is a religious statue or not.

@elduvelle Then the original post was 100% correct because it was a terrorist act. It was OBVIOUSLY a false flag op designed to terrorize and intimidate Christians and pit them against their Muslim neighbors. Not the worst terrorist act of the IDF recently but perhaps the first against non-Muslims and therefore newsworthy. And calling the most venerated symbol of billions of people 'just' a statue is a dead giveaway you're the class of person I never want to hear from again.
