All last week, Spectrum shut down phone, tv and internet from 11pm-8am for "network upgrades," taking 911 with it.

At least we had notice, though. A few hours' notice. With the lack of substantial notice, I wonder if it was something other than planned upgrades. Seems like maybe it was something urgent that was going to take multiple nights. Usually, we get more than a couple hours notice.
