I agree with @Starcade on this episode. It's really compressed a lot into one episode.
I feel like this season was very unevenly paced with eps 1-6 spending too much time glacially ramping up to eps 7 & 8. I feel like the first six episodes could have been tightened up without losing much.

I've brought this up before-- why do all streaming series have to release new episodes on the same day?
There's a bottleneck of Reacher, Severance, and Wheel of Time.
