Crunchyroll sent me a DMCA Takedown Notice on TeePublic on *MY OWN* bull character design called :DelgadoHa: Delgado that *I* made for *MY OWN* worldbuilding project :MW: MOULE WORLD, with *NO* relation to any of their IPs.

This is the second time it happened. The first time was on April 17 on my same design, which I reuploaded believing it was a mistake. I submitted a counterclaim, but got a response saying TeePublic needed to comply with IP law.

My design that was removed twice. It’s the face of a cartoon bull character called Delgado laughing with tears of joy, that I designed as a custom emoji for my own worldbuilding project “MOULE WORLD” and doesn’t have any relation to Crunchyroll’s intellectual properties.
