Sometimes I feel like I'm like the only person that doesn't really get into watching gunther wrestle. I mean he's good....just am not interested in his matches. To me he's overhyped (or maybe I'm just missing something?)

for me, he reminds me of those classic style heels that would just beat the crap out of the babyface for the whole match in a slow and methodical way.

Every move and strike seems like it's for a reason and not just going from spot to spot.

Hes definitely an "acquired taste"🤷‍♂️

I'm disappointed he's going to be the final opponent for Cena. Gunther is a great opponent to overcome, but Cena is just going to retire.

they're apparently trying to position him as a big monster to beat, like Brock.

He's rumored to be retiring Brock next year as well.🤷‍♂️

I do realize looks can be vastly deceiving but between that and they had him tap to jey just kind of delates that to me

I totally agree. Especially since he tapped so damn fast.🤦‍♂️

I haven't watched WWE in months. I've been enjoying the indiesand AEW much more recently. Probably because I don't have to rely on one company to book my favorite wrestlers correctly.
