@dan613 Read the terms, it’s anything but freely available. You’ll have to take it down if they ask you to—e.g., if they remove it—which’ll mean you’ll have to take down your film, for example, and re-edit it. Also, no commercial usage + you just keep any tracking, etc., they have, etc. So I’d be *very* careful in using these for anything other than maybe your own personal ringtone. I am not a lawyer, this is not legal advice, etc.

@aral @dan613 Thanks for raising this up. I have to admit I didn't read the terms & conditions in their entirety, just this tldr note by BBC. Seems to me there is still a lot of potential (besides the personal ringtones I mean😇)...
