I have been a long time user and promoter of @Tutanota for my email as part of my effort to #degoogle. However, I'm unfortunately at an impasse where they overcharged my credit card a ridiculous amount and are not responding to me at all. Definitely a deal breaker.

Does someone have alternative privacy centred email providers to recommend? Preferably ones that have support in case there's a billing error. To save me the hassle of doing credit card charge backs.

Please write to sales@tutao.de, and we'll get back to you today or tomorrow. I'm sure support will get back to you and fix this, unfortunately, we're flooded with requests right now due to lots of new users. I'm very sorry about the delay!

it's surprising that you haven't heard from Tuta though. But yes, I guess they usually take at least a few days to respond if I try to recall my own experience...

@leanderlindahl Usually, we only need one working day, but right now it can take a bit longer; very sorry about that.
