You know, I really don't care which country does this, or does it first - I just care that it happens.

Moreover, I absolutely believe it *will* happen. It will *have to* happen. The only question is if it's before or after the broligarchy destroys tech as we know it.

Will we reappropriate tech, or will we revive it after it's broken?
